Wedding portrait photography of Maurice DIOR (1873-1946) and Madeleine MARTIN (1879-1931), parents of Christian DIOR.Alexandre Louis Maurice DIOR (1873-1946) is an industrialist specializing in the production of chemical fertilizer. He married on August 8, 1898 Madeleine MARTIN (1879-1931) the daughter of a lawyer from Angers. They are the parents of the great couturier Christian DIOR.
This photograph is part of a batch and comes from the family archives of Jacqueline DIOR (Sister of Christian DIOR). The lot was bought at an auction by Christophe DUBOIS RUBIO and later donated to the Vassiliev Foundation.
