Description
Light cotton muslin Empire style waistline dress with long sleeves embellished with silver thread embroidered butterflies and flowers, adorned with cut steel sequins and a scarf of the same fabric completes the silhouette. 

The fabric of this dress was used to create another dress from the same period and also belonging to the same non-noble family DE CARLI. They had a couture fashion workshop in Milan, and holiday house at Lido (Venice), villa Yolanda, in the style of Russian chalet.
