Portrait of a man

Painting portrait of a man seated in a chair with a costume with a white gilet, a jacket with long sides, and a large tie almost as a scarf ans secured with a large gold pin. A red bow is attached to his boutonniere. A wooden cane with a silver top is next to the man with a top hat and an orange fabric, probably a scarf. Some other accessories are presented in order to show the status of the man: the journal "L'industriel", an amphora, a painting representing a landscape, writting tools.
