Description
Pink Chinese silk taffeta underskirt. The bottom of the underskirt is decorated with pleats sewn in the silk, openwork white lace, forming polygons on either side of the underskirt, two lines below these, finally, a white lace flounce, of which the treatment is different from the openwork bands, covers the end of the underskirt, representing floral motifs. On the back, there is a closure system with a silk lace.

The skirt comes from the wardrobe of Anna TRIPOLSKY (also spelled TRIPOLSKAYA), born MOLOTKOVSKAYA, the daughter of a private attorney of the District Court, the wife of a Russian noble gentleman Vladimir TRIPOLSKY (1883 - 1942).
