Jean-Marie BEROT, born August 8, 1816 in Bagnères-de-Bigorre and died July 9, 1879 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, was a French painter, miniaturist, lithographer and photographer, active in Paris, at rue Montmartre 123; from the second half of the 1860s and first half of the 1870s; then rue du Port Mahon 10 where he succeeded BERNIER at the end of the 1870s.
