Description
Hairdressing set in blue lacquered wood consisting of a tray, a hand mirror, a hairbrush, a jewelry box, a powder box and a dish, all decorated with a coat of arms.
This hairdressing set is the work of a Russian immigrant in France and was offered to the Prima ballerina Mathilde KSCHESSINSKA (1872 - 1971). In an azure shield there is a silver horseshoe with thorns facing downwards, at the top of it is a golden cross with equal points with wide ends, on which there is a black raven with golden eyes, holding a golden ring in his beak.
