Description
Painted leaf fan with 19 ivory sticks, carved and engraved with handpainted scrolled floral and vegetal motifs, with openwork detailing on the first and last sticks. Decorated on the handle with two mother of pearl circles from both sides. The main side is in paper with handpainted blue framing of red and yellow floral and vegetal ornaments, and decorated with a center scene representing a mythological allegory scene of two women standing with a Roman soldier dressed caracter. Another soldier is laying down on the left, and three heads wearing helmets are visible on the left background
