Velvet wallet bag embroidered with gold thread and colorful metal inserts with French cardinal coat of arms with heraldic lilies, probably from the region of Picardie family related to ancient French Bourbon dynasty, surmounted with a marquis crown. Heraldry of cardinals is characterized by its exterior ornaments. It is always a priest's hat with wide brim, fitted with thirty red tassels (called galero).
