This kokoshnik is based on the sketch of Konstantin KOROVIN for Russian folk dance in the ballet "The Little Humpbacked Horse" on the music by Cesare PUGNI.Similar type of headdress was worn by famous dancers for the role of Tsar Maiden, such as Lyubov
