This photograph depicts a woman wearing a strapless evening dress.The neckline is lower at the back than at the front of the dress, and the waist is marked by a thin belt made ouf the same fabric. The lower part of the dress is bicolour, the plain black velvet turning into leaf-like decoration gradually towards the back and hemline of the dress. The skirt is mainly made out of white satin.
The dress is accessorized by elbow-length black velvet gloves and a necklace-earrings set.
