Unmounted reverse glass painting representing a lady. She wears a cap and an antique blue dress.
In our case, we are close to a photography process called "cristoleum". A layer of paint is placed by hand under the collodion photography.
This type of miniature photograph portrait could be used for a jewelery accessory.
