An oversized reversible red felt cloche hat with black internal side, adorned with a thin tone-on-tone velvet ribbon and a giant scarlet silk velvet bow with black silk satin lining and a scarlet and black rose in its center.From the wardrobe of Tatiana Nikitichna SAMSSONOW, born NALBANDOVA (1885–1971), owner of Petrovskaya Vodka factory. The Russian millionaire had come to join her husband stationed in Paris shortly before 1914. Unfortunately the WWI broke out and left his trunks closed. They were not reopened until 1993 when his descendants found them. These treasures, almost intact, were bought by Alexander VASSILIEV.
