Short sleeveless summer dress in silk satin with paisley pattern decorated with two golden thread tassels on the waistline. The dress was created and handmade by couturier from Moulins, France (the famous city where Coco CHANEL started her fashion career) for a local client.In the 60s and 70s local women could not always afford themselves to buy their clothes from the famous brands, so they asked the local tailors to create garments in the style of Parisian creators.
