Description
Pair of amphora shaped vases made of bone china with goat's head handles with gold enamel. Each vase has two still lifes, a floral basket on the front and a fruit basket on the back. Both vases are decorated with black geometric and chevron banding and white fruit motifs in negative space. Interiors feature a marbelized gaze finish in purple, black, and white. There is an inscription, "M. MASON" on the bottom of the second vase indicating it was made by Miles Mason. A metal through rod runs up from the square white porcelain base.
