Description
Empire style tiara comb in silver. The top of the tiara is decorated with gold-tone textured metal inset,  floral ornaments and outline in shiny gold-tone metal and intricate seed pearl emroidery. By an undientfied French maker of the lates 1790s or early 1800s with J.L. initials.
