Paper photograph on cardboard base depicting a young woman, a famous French actress, dancer and singer, Arlette DORGÈRE (born Anna Mathilde Irma JOUVE, 8 June 1880 – 1965). She is represented in a long corduroy gown with a straight skirt, the top of the bodice embroidered with thick thread with geometric flowers, as well as medium long sleeves. A high collar of a long sleeved lace shirt is visible under the dress, and she is wearing a multistrand long pearl necklace. The lady's arms are covered with a fur stole, she is holding a fur muff in her right hand, a wearing a medium large hat with ostrish feathers on her head.Materials
