Set of two identical paper photographs of a fashion model on a runway in Oscar de la RENTA’s gray satin chiffon cheetah-print blouson top with a jewel neckline and pajama pant tied with a silver and gold cord crystal pleated sash. Iridescent pearls are handknitted into the pale gray angora cardigan sweater. The woman is wearing layers of beaded collar necklaces, one with a large round pendant with a relief icon of a human hand. She is adorned with matching beaded dangle earrings.From the Eleanor LAMBERT Archive, FIT Special Collections, a huge advocate for supporting American designers during the war and the first and only publicist for artists and fashion designers for decades.
