Description
Restaurant menu on light blue silk fabric, in typical Art Nouveau style. The sheet feautures a silk circular embroidery of Alphone MUCHA's painting "Le Printemps".  The menu is made for Café de Paris and includes the daily offerings of the restaurant on the date inscripted at the bottom of the sheet - 12 Оctober 1903.

Silk embroidery menu sheets were popular during the Art Nouveau period for luxury restaurants. Some of them were framed to display the menu,  some were handed out to the customers.
