"Eau de Lanvin" perfume bottle with golden neck and black plug.Tall and sturdy, the bottle of "Lanvin Water" is a square glass column with cut sides, easy to take in hand to flood with freshness. Its plug is originally made in glass, and will be replaced by a bakelite screw plug engraved with the famous emblem of the House of Lanvin.
"Eau de Lanvin" was a complete new product of the House of Lanvin. As the advertisement says: "This is not a perfume, nor a cologne, nor a toilet water: it is a health water. Refreshing, invigorating, stimulating, euphoric. It is the indispensable complement of any physical effort". At this time, men and women are more and more practicing sports and Lanvin had the idea to modernize the very idea of what is traditionally called "Eau de Cologne ". But to avoid this term, and this is a first in the history of Perfumery, the brand simply replaces it with its name in the formula "Eau de Lanvin" that is therefore a "Water", olfactory as fresh as a cologne, but which voluntarily does not take the name.
