Greige wool empire style men's tailcoat jacket, with wide notch lapels, decorated with bronze color 6 metal buttons at the front and 8 buttons at the back. Each button is engraved with an image: a rider on a horse and the inscription "Auteull" (auto – transl.).It may have been part of a driver's costume.
The tailcoat accompanied by grey silk twill waistcoat with shawl collar 2022.6.15.5, 1880s white shirt, labelled "F. Georges / 37 Bd. Des Capucines”, circa 1930s black striped visiting pants, white silk bow tie with macramé and tassels and removable striped collar "A.B. T qui".
