Gentlemen's suit consisting of a short jacket and straight trousers in emerald green wool with black acetate lining and grey cotton trimmings. The jacket is fastening on the front with one button on the bottom, and has five other buttons in two rows for decoration. It has long triangle lapels, pointy cut on the front, two hidden pockets on the bottom and one pocket on the left side of the chest for a kerchief. The pants are straight cut with turn-up on bottom of each trouser-leg.This suit belonged to Nicolas CHIBAEFF, former Consul General of France in Quebec, Director of Archives of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in France.
