Description
Chatelaine with a top in the shape of an open lyre, mount stamp with beadwork with cut and polished facetted steel studs riveted to a steel frame. Rivetted to the back is a flat steel loop for suspension. The lower edge of the frame is fitted with four closed rings with four chains pending. Each chain terminates in an open hook to which are attached: steel scissors; a steel etui for needles with four needles inside; a drum shaped pin-cushion covered in purple velvet, with steel mounts, containing seven pins; and a steel thimble case in the shape of an acorn lined with purple velvet inside.
