Gilt pinchbeck and brass belt buckle in neo-renaissance style decorated in the center with a white cameo on black onyx background, representing a profile of an ancient Greek god of the grape-harvest Dionysus, surrounded on the top and bottom with grapes. The facade lifts up to access directly the claws of belting.

The belt buckles in neo-Renaissance style are often with a frontal hiding the claws.
