Delpire éditeur, founded in 1951, was led by Robert Delpire for more than sixty years. He publishes high quality books mainly devoted to photography and had a considerable contribution in the history of photography. With this publishing house many collections have emerged: Maestro, Photo Poche ou Des images et des mots.
