Store's label "Lillie Rubin" was founded in 1946 on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida. The label was known for its evening gowns for weddings, prom, and other special occasions. Many famous designers stood behind this store's label from many years.- from Joan Leslie, Johnny Herbert, Robert David Morton, Molly Paris, Pierre Cardin, Fora King, Giorgio Sant' Angelo , and much more too many to list. In 1998 the company was bought by Cache’, who added a sportswear line. In 2006 all the Lillie Rubin stores were closed or converted to Cache’.
