Carver, Member of Lithuanian Folk Artists Union In 1977-1978 was prisoned in Pravieniškės Correction house-open prison colony and there started to carve wood. His carvings were exhibited and are in private collections in Czech Republic, Poland, U.S.A., Japan, France, Germany, U.K., Sweden. Father of Markas Kaušinis.
