The brand quickly became famous for its contemporary designs, signature floral prints and quirky advertising, expanded from Glasgow to London and other UK cities, as well as internationally. Authentic Brands Group acquired Ted Baker in 2022, and the brand's UK stores were placed into administration in 2024.
