Daniela SALINA (Italian 1945 - )
Daniela SALINA was born in 1945 in Milan (Italy). After having studied art in Milan, then in London, she began to work as an editor for the STAR agency, then at Palmolive. In the 1980s, Daniela SALINA worked for the important Milanese advertising agency TBWA and Publics. During the 90s, she moved from writing to teaching various areas of advertising for a private college in Verona. Early 2000, she star at the New Academy of Arts (NABA) in Milan. Besides her interest in advertising, Daniela SALINA has also written a book on street art and another on copyright. She was vice-president of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ADVERTISING PROFESSIONALS TP.
At the same time, Daniela SALINA had a passion for fashion and especially vintage pieces that she liked to wear for special occasions. The Alexander Vassiliev Foundation owns some of these pieces, which his daughter-in-law, Khristina MONAKHOVA, bequeathed.
