Agence Fulgur (French, 1939 - ?)

French photographic and press agency, founded in Paris in 1939 by Antoine KOCH. First situated at 12 rue Valenciennes, it further moved to 46 rue Laffitte. It was mainly active during 1940s German occupation period in France, as it was one of the only two photographic agencies who continued to operate during the occupation with the authorization of the Germans (the 2nd one was "Service des agences françaises de reportage associées" (SAFRA))
