Erik MORTENSEN is a fashion creator, who began his career at the age of 16, when he mooved to Copenhagen and became an apprentice to the fashion designer Holger Blom. In 1982 he took on the role of head desighner at Balmain fashion house. Erik MODERSEN designed a total of 17 collections as the head designer at House of Balmain. He left Pierre Balmain house in 1990 and continued his career at Jean-Louis SCHERRER. He designed four collections for this house between 1992-95.
