Yves Henri Donat Mathieu-Saint-Laurent (known as Yves SAINT-LAURENT), born on 1 August 1936 and died on 1 Juin 2008, was a French fashion designer, and is known for being one of the most influential designers in the world. He worked for Christian Dior before creating his own label in 1961.
