Company History: Licensing contract for men's ready-to-wear signed with French factory, 1971; signed licensing deal with Japan, 1972; childrenswear, leather collection, luxury accessories such as neckties, scarves, glasses, jewelry, and household linens introduced; signed with La Callonec and Murier for corporate wear; sells both couture and ready-to-wear lines; signed licensing pact with Perfumer's Workshop for fragrance line, 2000.
