Séeberger frères (French, Paris, 1909 - 1977)
Séeberger frères is a photography studio that lasted two generations. It is founded in 1909 with three brothers (Jules, Louis et Henry SEEBERGER) who already did photography for almost twenty years before the opening of the studio. In 1909 they start doing fashion photography and very quickly they are the ones photographing the greatest creation of Haute-Couture (Chanel, Lanvin, Poiret, Patou...). In the 1940's the sons of Louis (Jean and Albert) are the one taking over the business. In 1977 the studio closes.
